3% commission – If you find the buyer and need assistance with drafting the contract and navigating the escrow process, we can help you with that. Our commission for this service is 3%, with a minimum fee of $5,000.

4% commission – If we find the buyer for your home and represent both you and the buyer, with no other agent involved, our commission is only 4%.

5% commission – If another agent represents the buyer for your home, our commission is 2.5%, and the other agent will also receive 2.5%.
